REGISTRATION INFORMATION & FEES

LEATHERWOODS 2010

Early registration deadline June 30th. For registrations post-marked after June 30th, the registration will increase by $10 per person.

All registrations MUST be received by August 9th.

NO registrations will be accepted at the event!

If any registration is sent without payment, the cost will be $40 payable at the event, regardless of when your registration was submitted.

Space is limited, to guarantee a place please register early!

Must be 18 or older to attend - Everyone MUST provide picture ID!!!

FEES:
*Leatherwoods Annual Membership Fee: $5.00 (This makes us a 'Private Event')
**Event Fee: $25 per person ($35 after June 30, 2010 & $40 after August 1, 2010)
Camping Spaces: $8.00 per night / per tent (up to 4 people)
                          $10.00 per night / per RV***

Partial scholarships may be available, volunteer service requested. When filling out the registration form, write "scholarship" across the bottom and mail to the post office box. Please indicate how you would like to volunteer with the event.

* The $5 membership fee is non-refundable,
** Refunds of event fees and camping fees may be considered before July 31st.
***RV hook ups are first come/first served. Also, our site is close to primordial in it's setting. It's not manicured for large RV's and we just love it, the way it is. So, your RV is welcome, but we cannot guarantee it will be scratch free by the time you hit 'civilized' society at the end of the weekend!
